Dr Shuja Chaudhry
Dr Shuja Chaudhry qualified as a medical practitioner in 2007 at the prestigious King’s College London attaining a merit in his studies along with a BSc (Hons) degree in Human Physiology. As a qualified doctor he underwent training in various specialities including general and breast surgery, internal medicine, intensive care and accident and emergency.
His training has enabled him to provide his services into Asia and Africa. He has been involved in numerous research studies and has published work in surgical research. In 2012, Dr Shuja was awarded a specialist qualification in General Practice and is currently a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He takes a keen interest in teaching and the supervision of junior colleagues. He has taught and examined at numerous medical OSCEs after receiving official training in teaching methods at St. Barts (2009).
His teaching prowess was further enhanced by undertaking teaching in General Practice training as well as the foundation doctor’s training programme. Over recent years, in order to fulfil his passionate interest in cosmetic medicine, he has attended various accredited courses comprising minor surgery, advanced wrinkles treatment, dermal fillers and hair transplant techniques. Consequently, his services have been called upon to help launch modern aesthetic medicine clinics. He has developed practical expertise in minor surgery, joint injections, acupuncture, cupping, plastics and aesthetic procedures.
He is currently an established hair transplant surgeon at The British Hair Clinic and the provider of pioneering hair loss treatments including PRP injections and stem cell therapy. His passion, artistry and obsessive attention to detail, coupled with his friendly and empathetic nature, enables him to provide the consummate patient journey at The British Hair Clinic. Dr Shuja is a member of the European Organization of Hair Restoration Professionals.
